1. Who we are and what this covers

Firewall Valley is a business name of Vantir Group LLC ("Firewall Valley," "we," "us"). Firewall Valley is a Vantir Group company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information through firewallvalley.com (the "Site") and when you contact us.

When we provide services to a client, information we access in the client's systems — including any nonpublic personal information about borrowers or employees — is handled under our agreement with that client and applicable law, and is used only to deliver the agreed services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect your name and email address, and — only if you choose to provide them — your phone number and any message you write. If you email or call us, we collect what you send or tell us.

Information collected automatically

The Site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like most web hosts, Azure processes standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels or session-recording tools on the Site.

3. How we use information

• To provide, manage and improve our services
• To send you information you've asked for (we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission)
• To keep the Site and our systems secure and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms & Conditions

4. AI tools

We use business-grade artificial intelligence tools to help us work efficiently, for example to draft replies or documentation. We choose and configure these tools with confidentiality in mind, and a person on our team reviews AI-assisted work. We do not use your personal information to train publicly available AI models.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, under obligations to protect it. These include Formspree, which processes contact-form submissions and delivers them to our inbox, and Microsoft, which hosts the Site and our email.
• Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, where needed.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property or that of others.
• A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set its own cookies and does not track you across other websites. Because we don't track visitors, we treat browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals as already honored.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business communications, and client information for as long as our engagement and legal obligations require. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Formspree retains copies of form submissions under its own retention settings.

8. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to a cybersecurity firm, including multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, and encryption in transit. The Site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — which is also why we ask you not to send sensitive information through the contact form.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@firewallvalley.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor them as required. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
